Atty. Seth Michael Levy, the owner of Levy, Levy & Levy, LLC, has spent 33 years successfully providing legal services to various clients – business and individuals alike. He specializes in family law, specifically issues of child custody, and has an excellent reputation among his clients and within the legal community. He is a member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), the American Bar Association and the Florida Bar Association. Atty. F. Gary Levy is the senior partner of the firm, which is now run by his son, Atty. Seth Levy. He has extensive experience in family law, real estate and civil law, and has taken part in many noteworthy cases, including several high-profile ones in the real estate and commercial sector. Atty. Levy was a member of the Supreme Court Committee for long trial jury instructions in the Fifth District of Florida. Bill Levy personally meets with clients in their homes, during the initial meeting, if the parties are currently living together, or during the first mediation session, if not. Bill Levy provides all clients with his cell phone number and all calls and texts are immediately returned.
Levy Law LLC provides a free initial consultation and reviews all client information uploaded to their secure site to determine if the case is an appropriate match for the firm. Fees are determined at the initial meeting or in response to an RFP. No retainer is collected without a formal engagement letter. However, if the firm is hired without an engagement letter , the firm provides this documentation with an itemized invoice when the retainer is exhausted so that the client can understand where their fees have been spent.
